Built by hand in 1946 from the timber on the property, you can still see and touch the hand chiseled wooden slabs that form the structure of the original Lodge that stands today.
The Lodge is a welcoming and warm space that has been purposely designed to offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy wonderful meals, enjoy the big game, or sit back, relax and enjoy a glass of their favourite beverage. Or, all of the above.
Breakfasts are made to order and served to you at your table from 6:30 - 8:30, so the early risers and the sleeper in ers have the flexibility they want.
Boxed lunches are made to order, or you may choose to have a shore lunch kit.
Dinner is served from 6pm - 8pm, and will be served to you at your table in the main lodge. During dinner service, our guests are provided an appetizer, entree, and dessert.
On the menu this season:
braised short rib with peppercorn sauce and rustic mashed potatoes
Cornish rock hen with an orange demi-glaze and wild rice
Fresh Atlantic Lobster tail, brushed with garlic butter, beef tenderloin drizzled with chimichurri and paprika and garlic dusted shoestring frites
All our meals are prepared fresh daily and served with pride. Should you have any dietary requirements, please let us know in advance – we will always make sure our guests love our food and enjoy it without worry.

All our guest cabins at The Northern Way are clean, comfortable and cozy - A great place to wind down and enjoy the company of friends and family.
Each of our cabins have the same amenities, but also have their own unique charm and style. Many of our guests have their favorites and request the same cabin every year.
